Just call, however once a date is agreed upon a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to secure your reservations.
If a child is expected to participate in any way, please include them in your total guest list. However, costumes and party activities are designed for children ages 5 years and up. Our games and prizes may be a hazard to small children. If a child is less than 5 years and is present their participation may not include costumes, games, prizes etc… Keep in mind any child that is not on your guest list will not be invited in the grand party room. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Because all parties are prepared in advanced cancellations are appropriately dealt with. A. If the party is set 30 days in advanced, and cancellation is at least 25 days before the event, your choice will be a full refund or select a different day. (At least 1 week in advance and day must be available). B. If cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) before set date the refund will be 50% of the total money paid. C. If cancelled 1 week (7days) before the party no money will be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Studio 6 will contact you seven days prior to your party to review the guest list and determine the exact head count. This final list is what we will use to plan the appropriate quantities of food, etc. All price adjustments will be done at that time.
If a child is expected to participate in the party in any way, include them in your total guest count. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate unexpected guest or siblings of guest. As we prepare our parties based on a final guest list, which Clients provides 7 days prior to the party date.
The parents of the Birthday Child must remain at the party until its conclusion. The parents of the invited guest are not required to be in attendance. However, limit the number of adult guest due to our space availability.
Because our parties are based on a full activity schedule, they work best when all guest arrive on time. Guests that are late may join the party at what ever point it has progressed to. This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party.
The party hostesses (Studio 6) are responsible for engaging the children in games & activities. However, we are not responsible for the behavior of the children. We kindly ask you to monitor disruptive behavior and attend to a child that may become ill. Let us know in advance of any food allergies.
Studio 6 assumes no liability for accidents, food allergies or injuries to party guests. As event planning professionals we can assure you that the upmost care will be taken to provide safe and entertaining activities for your guest. However, Studio 6’s property damages will be assessed and given to the Birthday Childs parents at the end of the event.
Studio 6 will automatically add 15% gratuity (tip) to your total package.

B.) AGES 9-12 EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $20.00 NOT TO EXCEED 6 ADDITIONAL GUEST. OVER 6 GUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW CONTRACT WHICH IS $255.00
C.) AGES 10-15 EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $25.00 NOT TO EXCEED 4 ADDITIONAL GUEST.OVER 4 GUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW CONTRACT WHICH IS $295.00
D.) AGES 16-18 EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS $45.00 NOT TO EXCEED 4 ADDITIONAL GUEST.OVER 4 GUEST WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEW CONTRACT WHICH IS $395.00.
