1. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled to allow the appropriate time required to complete services properly and maintain our quality standards.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation to ensure services meet your expectations.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day appointments canceled the same day will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposits are required upon reservation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for same-day bookings and cancellations.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in charges at the discretion of Studio 6 Spa.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment:

  • Services may be modified or shortened at the discretion of the stylist.

  • Full service charges may still apply.

4. Parties & Group Bookings

A 15% gratuity is requested on all party bookings, including but not limited to:

  • Group Pampering Parties

  • Princess Parties & Girl Scout Workshops

  • Church Gatherings (Ladies of the Church Get-Away)

  • Bridal Pampering Gatherings

  • Waiting-Exhale Parties

  • Family Reunion Ladies’ Getaways

  • Teen Birthday Parties

A deposit is required to secure party reservations.
